Shipping Process
Once your order has been placed, misexdolls’ customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order and shipping details. Production then begins! Quality Inspections are carried out on all orders before shipping. You will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to monitor its progress all the way to your doorstep.

Production takes place after an order is received. Depending upon the model, all orders are usually completed within 3-7 days.
> DELIVERY TIME
The specific delivery time is determined by the recipient’s address, usually 30-35 days. Please note that there will be unforeseen delays due to Covid-19 or force majeure.
The following countries will have longer delivery times due to distance, ship schedules and other issues.
Canada, Australia, UK: 40-55 days.
New Zealand: 60-75 days

Expedited delivery ships your order via air (not by sea). Estimated time of delivery is between 5-7 days.

- We can ship Puerto Rico packages from US warehouses, but additional shipping costs are required about 100 US dollars.
How long will the shipping take?
