1. The doll may be ready for shipping after you placed the order, and you cannot cancel the order afterward. But you can ask for a refund within 24 hours if the doll didn’t ship out.

  • Within 4 hours full Refund, excluding credit card processing fees.
  • Within 24 hours 80% Refund, excluding credit card processing fees.
  • Within 48 hours 60% Refund, excluding credit card processing fees.

2. Before shipment, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection. If you need pictures from the doll’s factory, please contact us via online chat or email(info@misexdolls.com).

3. When the Sex Doll arrives in your hand, it is necessary to take an unpacking video to prove the authenticity of the possible defects.

4. If it is not satisfactory for other reasons, you can consult us, but since the Sex Doll will touch the skin and reproductive organs, it will affect the second sale, so once you use it, we will not be able to refund.

5. We attach great importance to product quality. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them after meeting the following conditions:

  • The doll was damaged before use or during shipment.
  • Please do not use the doll. We cannot process if the doll is used.
  • Report the problem with photos to our support after the 12-hours order is received.


  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours at info@misexdolls.com.
  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.
  • We will handle your return or refund request in 48 hours.
